1. How do I pay?

By all major credit/debit cards, PayPal.

2. What forms do I need to complete 

No forms are required for tenancy or once-off leasing.

3. What is the parking situation on site?

Parking in the building’s carpark is private for tenants only. It is first in, first served (18 spaces).

4. Can catering be provided?

As an additional cost for meeting/board/training room bookings, catering can be provided. This is calculated at $20/pp.

5. How do I access the building outside of business hours?

FOR OFFICES/WORKSTATIONS: Once the tenancy is confirmed, someone from our team will run you through the building key and open/close procedure.
FOR OTHER LEASES: Access and bookings are only available between the hours of 8-5, Monday-Friday.
